Here's how we do it

  • De-bloat

    Using functional labs such as a GI MAP, SIBO breath test and/or hormone testing will help us to identity imbalances in the body that are contributing to your bloat.

  • Detox

    SIBO and bloating are frequently linked to the presence of toxins. Your root cause could be mold, parasites, heavy metals or a combination of all of the above. To de-bloat we have got to detox. But we always start with the basics first, clean eating, exercising and creating a low toxin, low stress lifestyle is the foundation of long term health and a happy gut.

  • Poop with Ease and Control

    Being constipated isn't cool. Either is having to run to the bathroom uncontrollably. To heal your gut and say goodbye to SIBO for good, we have to look at all contributing factors. This means having a routine that includes creative expression to help let go of trauma. Practice self awareness around negative thought patterns to create a sense of calmness and control. Our gut and brain are a two way street.

Talking about farts and poop might sound funny, but when these things are happening uncontrollably (or not happening regularly) then our entire personal and professional life can be ruined.
